After studying music at school in Scotland and forming my first band I soon found myself addicted to the drum kit. I decided I wanted to further my skills by getting private drum kit lessons which helped me gain my GCSE and A-Level in Music. I then furthered this by studying a BTEC in Popular Music at Huddersfield Technical College and a BA (Hons) in Popular Music at Sheffield University. In 2013 I completed my PGCE in Life Long Learning at Huddersfield University and hold QTLS with IfL.
My name is Michael Paley and I teach private one to one drum kit lessons to people of all ages, in and around the Yorkshire area. I have been playing the drum kit for over 20 years and teaching since 2006. Since. then I have been in many bands and performed in many venues in and around the Yorkshire area. I have also taught at many different private music schools including local schools

LOCATIONS
My first teaching experience was when I was sixteen at some music workshops during the summer holidays. The workshops involved teaching groups of people how to play the drum kit within a band setting resulting in a concert at the end of the workshops. Since then I went to further my education and skills in music and started teaching privately in 2006.
